Yes, perhaps men have the choice their whole life long, but do we want to have children when we should have grandchildren? Otherwise nature (or medicien or what else...) has given us a longer life since some decades, but thats for women too, the risk is leveled down and they can get children up to the late 30ies or early 40ies, with the same problem as above.
Perphaps women must take the first choice when doors are closing, but women have usually a wider choice (women select men and not vice versa-  that´s made by nature, because women have the risk to die during process of birth, men have not). 
But: good enough is good enough, or not?</description>
